Ali Acar İnşaat San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. was founded in Giresun in 1991. Today, it is a superstructure contracting company consisting of four group companies.
Together with its group companies, for over 35 years across Türkiye it has delivered more than 3 million m² of superstructure construction worth 57 billion (USD 1.3 billion) at 71 job sites, including 16,836 Mass Housing units for the public sector; the 33,000‑spectator Samsun Stadium; district‑type State Hospitals in Tirebolu and Havza and the 500‑Bed Şırnak State Hospital; a TİB Service Building equipped with technological features; Regional Boarding School buildings; university faculty buildings; and various education and cultural buildings within the İPKB scope, as well as private housing projects.
Domestically, it holds a Work Experience Certificate enabling bids for a single project worth 10 billion, and it also possesses an Overseas Contracting Services Certificate approved by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change for USD 200 million. With financial institutions in both the public and private sectors, it has substantial unsecured cash and non‑cash credit limits supported by its Work Experience Certificate.
According to the 2025 FINDES Report: it is at the “Least Risky” (‑1000) position in check payments. Between 2015 and 2025, 10,437 checks totaling over USD 100 million were issued, all of which were honored upon presentation.
In line with its social responsibility approach, it established the “Ali Acar Foundation,” providing scholarships for students at all levels. With its environmental sensitivity, corporate experience, strong financial structure, and technical and administrative staff, it is one of the leading organizations in its sector.
